Paintball: Is it possible to convert a low pressure compressed air tank to a HPA tank?
I have a 68ci/4500psi Crossfire tank that is currently low pressure and am wondering if I can somehow convert it to a HPA? Is this possible and if it is, how so?
Yes. Just replace the regulator on it. I recommend the ninja regulator it nice and low profile and it is one of the best regs out there.
A low pressure tank is the same as a hpa tank just the regulator is set to have a lot lower psi output. You have to replace the regulator. If you get a ninja reg it is fully adjustable, so that means you can change your output pressure by adding or removing lil metal shims that is inside the reg. Ninja makes them fully rebuildable and adjustable. Also ninja has a great regulator replacement deal going on.
