What is a better paintball gun. Spyder vs1 or Spyder imagine?
Im going to buy a paintball gun to play just for fun so nothing serious but i was just wondering which one is better. Each gun is $200. The VS1 comes with normal mask hopper and c02 tank, but the imagine comes with 20oz co2, mask, upgraded barrel and v-force Automatic hopper. Which gun is better?
Spyder is a lower quality gun to begin with. But out of the two guns I would have to say that the Spyder imagine would be better just because it is electric and gives you more options. Problem with electric guns is that you shouldn't run CO2 through them. If you are gonna spend $200 at least purchase a Smart Parts Ion. Much better dependable gun that had tons of upgrades for it. Ions are good for casual players.

Good cheap paintball gun.?
I have been into paintball for about 2 months and im thinking about getting a new gun. I currently have a spyder victor and its not that great. I have a budget of about 300 dollars (not including gear). My friend told me to get a mini but im not sure. Could you people please recommend a good paintball gun for the budget and give some reasons why i should get it. By the way i dont want a 98 custom. thanks, CJ

Kingman Spyder Paintball Guns Upgrades
What is a good paintball gun for around $150?
I am looking into buying a new paintball gun for around $150 dollars. At the moment I have a kingman spyder sonix pro. I was looking at a list of the top ten for that price and the few that interested me were the Spyder Pilot, WGP MG-7, and the Smart Parts Vibe. I am not sure how dated that article is though, so it could be quite outdated. If anybody has any suggestions as to which gun I should get or suggest a new one that would be great. If you do suggest a gun could you maybe tell me why it is better than the others or maybe its upgrade capabilities?
Stay away from the smart parts vibe and wgp. Smart parts vibe sucks out of the box and has to have just about everything upgrade to make it a good marker. The wgp markers made after 2000 are not that good and not as reliable as they use to be ever since they started being made out of the united states, and since then they sucked.
Look at the azodin koas, for$100 it is a great marker. If you can spend a lil more then $150 get the blitz with the elctronic trigger and eyes. The blitz will work so much better then any spyder marker you can own. Also a good autococker like the autococker trillogy will work great specially one with the electronic trigger. Autocockers are great reliable markers and they have been around for a long time.

Paintball- Spyder Rodeo gun's safety not working?
its almost as if it is jammed, but i can't switch it. right now its on "safety off" but i can't get the safety back on which im worried about.
any suggestions?
I work as a tech at a paintball store and this isn't very uncommon at all. As far as I can remember owning and playing with kingmans and other spyder clones I've encountered this problem. The is usually caused by poor material in the saftey button itself. Spray some wd40 into the saftey and work it back and forth just for starts.You can do 1 of 3 things. Easiest, take a metal punch and knock the safety out and just make sure your barrel bag is always handy. Take the frame off of the marker and send it to kingman to be fixed or upgrade to an electronic frame for around 75-115 dollars depending on which brand. Pbnation.com has some really good kingman threads that might have another possible outcome. Either way take care.

Should i use Co2 or compressed air for a spyder vs1 paintball gun?
HPA is way better than co2, you get a more consistent shot and whether doesn't affect your marker nearly as much. The downside is the cost of the HPA but it is worth it.
